Hafiz Muhammad Saeed is the head (ameer) of Jama'at-ud-Da'wah Pakistan. in two separate police station of Faisalabad. On the directives of district administration, these cases have been filed on the basis of some sermons as preached by the Ameer of banned outfit, Jamat-Ud-Dawa, Hafiz Muhammad Saeed in which he had expressed his grave concerns of the India-Israel-America nexus being harmful for the nuclear assets of Pakistan. Addressing the iftar parties on 26th and 27th August, during his previous visit to Faisalabad, he had also expressed his worries over the abrupt u-turn of government over its Kashmir policy. Hafiz Muhammad Saeed has also been indicted INDICTED, practice.
