(!hey), an application service developer for e-customer interaction, today announced that Edmund Orlinski has been appointed to vice president of technical services, reporting to !hey's President Duncan Mackay Duncan MacKay (born 14 July 1937 in Glasgow) was a Scottish footballer who played for Celtic, Third Lanark, Melbourne Croatia, Perth Azzurri and the Scotland national team.

Mackay turned professional when he joined Celtic from Maryhill Harp aged 17 in 1955.

Prior to Bizfon, he served as worldwide vice president for customer services at Aspen Technology, a leading supplier of manufacturing enterprise optimization and extended supply chain solutions. Orlinski holds a masters degree in information technology management from Johns Hopkins University Johns Hopkins University, mainly at Baltimore, Md.
